Eid-Ul-Fitr 2021

“O you who believe!

Seek assistance through patience and prayer.

Eid, the festival of peace and joy, teaches us to embrace life as a gift of God. Celebration of Eid symbolises the spirit of brotherhood, communal harmony and compassion. After the strenuous and painstaking effort of a month long fasting, Eid comes as a grand finale. Thus, the spirit of self-introspection, self-criticism, self-correction and self-motivation percolates from Ramzan to Eid.

Krishnagar Public School celebrated Eid with great fervour and excitement. The activities were designed to delineate the truth among students that most religions perpetuate similar tenets. The students were encouraged to shoot short videos, using various props, wishing everyone Eid Mubarak. The senior students reflected on how celebration of Eid is a reflection of Communal Harmony and Cultural Integration and came up with brilliant messages.

The students left everyone amazed with their empathetically driven thinking process. We are proud to have such students.

Apart from these activities students also actively participated in singing and dancing to Sufi Songs, made home decor item to reflect the festival and prepared dishes which are commonly served during Iftar. Students enjoyed the fun filled activities to the fullest.
